Joseph Zator represented Jaindl Land Company in front of the Lower Macungie Board of Commissioners for the Jaindl Commercial Park North project. The project consists of a 7,300 square foot four story multi-use office building. The first floor of the building is split between a restaurant and office space. The project, which was held to a prior zoning ordinance. The planning commission said it was what they are looking for, especially along Hamilton Boulevard. A motion was made to approve the conditional use for the restaurant and unanimous approval for office.
