The CDC has continued to recommend that individuals and businesses engage in social distancing practices. To maximize our efforts to keep our team and clients safe, and to comply with yesterday’s mandatory directive of the Governor, we have now closed our physical office location and will be working remotely as of March 20th until further notice.
We want to assure you that we have a Business Continuity Plan in place to minimize disruption to our firm and our ability to serve our clients. We are prepared to continue the high level of service you expect from us, and will remain fully operational, serving our clients remotely via phone, email and virtual meetings.
We will be available for telephone conference calls and will be rescheduling any in-person meeting to a later date to accommodate our clients that have been affected by this change. If you are scheduled for a transaction closing/settlement or a court appearance, we will be contacting you.
Your questions and concerns are important to us. Please continue to call our main number at 610.432.1900 and dial the extension for the attorney or paralegal you wish to contact. Our phone system will forward the call directly to the personal cell phone of that person, and we will be checking our voicemails regularly. We will return your call as soon as possible. If you have an emergency, please contact Joe Zator at his extension (2230) or Andrew Hoffman at his extension (2231).
We will continue to update you via email and social media as additional information becomes available. To access our updates via social media, please follow the links below to our website: https://www.zatorlaw.com/
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time.
We wish you and your families good health.
Sincerely,
Your Friends at Zator Law
